I am the heart behind Ita Sewing Patterns....

Sewing has always been a part of my life! What began as a childhood passion eventually led me to study and graduate in Fashion Design.


Over the years, I’ve turned that passion into a deeper love for garment construction, pattern drafting, and creating pieces that feel both beautiful and wearable.


I'm here to guide you with easy, step-by-step instructions that make sewing feel simple and fun. I believe everyone can sew with the right instructions and I’m here to help you feel like you can sew anything.

My mission is to inspire and empower people to create their own sustainable clothing pieces.

I believe handmade garments carry meaning, pride, and purpose far beyond fast fashion trends that contribute to pollution and waste.

I simply encourage a more mindful approach to what we wear, supporting creativity, self expression, and a healthier planet.

So many of my customers tell me the same thing: my pattern was the very first thing they ever sewed. That means everything to me, because I design with beginners in mind.

I take pride in creating sewing patterns with step-by-step instructions that are so clear and detailed, anyone can follow them—no confusion, no advanced techniques, no guesswork. Most patterns include clean, professional finishes without the need for a serger, overlocker, or even zigzag stitching, so your piece can look beautifully store-bought using just a basic machine.

All of my patterns are size-inclusive, offered in XXS through XXXL, because everyone deserves to feel represented and confident in what they make.

Most of my designs are created with a comfortable, loose fit that flatters a wide range of bodies perfect for those moments when you’re unsure about sizing or new to sewing garments. Features like side ties and adjustable elements make the pieces playful, comfy, and easy to customize to your unique shape and style.

Everything I create is made so beginners can succeed, feel proud, and enjoy sewing clothing that looks polished, feels amazing, and carries meaning because you made it yourself.
