The owner of the online store itasewingpatterns.com (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Ivita Ita Matuseviča (registry code 01039911878), located at Kojusalas iela 19, Latgales priekšpilsēta, Rīga, LV-1019.
The validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.
All products sold in the online store are digital sewing patterns delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. No shipping fee is added to the price, as all products are digital.
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
Placing an order
Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay, Citadele
- Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
- Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor, Šiaulių Bankas
- Buy now, pay later: Indivy, Indivy 3, Liisi ID, BigBank, Moki3, Mokilizingas
- Finnish bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
- Card payments: Visa / MasterCard
- Gift card: Kniks gift card
NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.
The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
Shipment
All products sold in the online store are digital products and are delivered electronically after successful payment.
No physical goods are shipped, and therefore no delivery services, shipping methods, or shipping timeframes apply to digital products.
Exception – Physical Gift Card:
If a physical gift card is offered and purchased in the online store, it is the only physical product available. Physical gift cards are delivered via shipping, and applicable delivery methods, costs, and delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout.
No other products offered in the online store are shipped physically.
Right of withdrawal
Due to the nature of digital products, the purchaser does not have the right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered.
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase when the purchaser has expressly agreed to the immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
All sales are final. No returns or refunds are offered.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
Defective goods
The online store is responsible for ensuring that the digital files are delivered as described.
If the digital product is technically defective (for example, the file cannot be opened or downloaded), the purchaser has the right to contact the online store within a reasonable time by e-mailing info@itasewingpatterns.com.
The online store will provide a corrected file or alternative download access.
The online store is not liable for any issues arising from improper use of the digital patterns or from software, devices, or printing methods used by the purchaser.
Intellectual property and usage rights
All content sold and displayed in the online store, including sewing patterns, instructions, images, and designs, is protected by copyright.
Purchased patterns are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated.
The purchaser may not resell, share, distribute, copy, reproduce, or modify the digital files in any form without prior written permission from the online store.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the purchaser only for processing the order, delivering digital products, and providing customer support.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them.
The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters at any time by following the instructions in the e-mail or by contacting the online store via e-mail.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to or submitted by calling.
If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. The resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
File Security & Copyright Protection
This is a Print-Only PDF. To protect my original designs from unauthorized resale and digital alteration, all files are password protected against software editing.
YES: Print at home or a local print shop.
NO: Opening in Adobe Illustrator, Affinity, or CorelDraw.
NO: Converting to SVG or using with Laser Cutters/Digital Plotters.
PURCHASE POLICY: No refunds are given on digital items if the file cannot be opened in design software.
