Beautiful simple pattern design. I used a lightweight floral fabric and get compliments every time I wear it. Very easy instructions and many photos was so helpful!

Good beginner pattern, though taping the printed pages took some time. Once assembled, sewing was straightforward.

So easy to follow! No zipper or complicated steps, which I appreciated as a beginner. Fits nicely and looks adorable with crop tops.

I almost never leave reviews, but this pattern deserves one because I’ve made THREE versions in a month. It’s addictive. Once you understand the process, you can sew one in a few hours.

I love the finished skirt, but fabric choice matters A LOT. My first version was in a stiff quilting cotton and it looked a bit poofy and bulky at the waist. For my second attempt I used a lightweight rayon challis, and wow completely different result. Much softer drape and more flattering. The instructions themselves were very beginner friendly, with helpful tips about gathering and seams. I did struggle slightly with the buttonhole for the drawstring, but that’s more my machine than the pattern.
